Refund Policy

    • The Charles Gallery | Photography is committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and exchanges will be processed for photography apparel and clothing purchased online through The Charles Gallery | Photography
    • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
        • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
        • The item must have all original tags and packaging.
        • The item must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
    • The following items are not eligible for a refund or exchange:
        • Gift cards
        • Customised or personalised items
        • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
    • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, once the item is returned and inspected.
    • To initiate a return, follow these steps:
        • Contact our customer service team at privacy@thecharlesgallery.co.za or +27733661128 to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).
        • Write the RAN clearly on the outside of the package.

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
    • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or damaged.
    • To exchange an item, follow the return process outlined above and indicate the desired item for exchange.
    • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide options for a replacement or refund.
    • Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items, except for defective or damaged items.
    • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
    • International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for international returns.
