In the following terms & conditions “the photographer” shall mean Charles Dludlu trading as The Charles Gallery | Photography. “the client” shall be any person, body of persons, firm, business or company with whom the photographer enters into a contract for the provision of services by the photographer.
This agreement contains the entire understanding of the "Portrait Terms & Conditions" between the photographer and the client. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. These terms & conditions cannot be varied in any way by the client's unless such conditions are expressly agreed by the photographer in writing and signed by both parties.
All Black November Portrait bookings should only be made or booked during the month of November and is vaild until (28th Novermber ).
All Black November bookings are paid in full and are non-refundable should you not show up or cancel your appointment within 2 days of the shoot.
Please note that idling time during the hours of the photoshoot agreed upon will be charged at normal Black November rates per hour for the session.
This limited offer is valid until the 28th of November and bookings can also be made for dates in December .
The Charles Gallery | Photography will from time to time use photographs taken for marketing purposes for my own website, social media platforms, e-mail campaigns, direct marketing or exhibitions, let me know if you don't want this done with your personal photographs, The Charles Gallery | Photography will simply not use them but I use them because they look so great!
The Charles Gallery | Photography will never sell your personal photographs to any one for any reason, whatsoever.
